Social Media Reel Content Expectations
All Reels are shot veritically using an iPhone at 4k 30/60fps on an DJI Osmo Stabilizer. If agent is speaking on camera, he or she will be professionally mic’d using a wireless Rode Mic with Lav Microphone. All Reels are designed to take no more than 30mins each to film. For time management purposes, if a Reel idea requires the Creative Specialist to travel from location to location our team must be notified before hand. Agent has to choice to choose music OR let us choose for them.

About Agent Interview (General Q’s)

Consists of preparing and answering 4 questions ON camera

Outside of realeate share a little of your background and what you LIKE to do on your free time.

It is important to quality and a sense of confidence to have your answers prepared before arriving on site.
Agent Intro w/ B-Roll Highlights

Consists of preparing an on camera introduction of yourself, the house, and highlight features.
If already doing an agent intro for your main video this can kill two birds with one stone!
Includes 10-15 onsite b-roll highlight clips from through the property
House Walkthrough (following agent)
Shoot Time <30 minutes
Video Length ~ 30 seconds
This is ideally a one take walkthrough following the agent that will be sped up and speedramped in an astetically pleasing way in post production..
Agent and creative specialist will plot out a route through the location to best maintain a smooth flow throughout. Agent can come in and out of frame.
Think of ways to interact with the location for example, opening a french door, pulling out a cool kitchen drawer, sitting in a rocking chair, fluffing a pillow, etc etc.
House Walkthrough (no agent)
Shoot Time <15 minutes
Video Length ~15-30 seconds
Same as above but without an agent. This is ideally a one take walkthrough that will be sped up and speed ramped in an astetically pleasing way in post production.
Favorite Feature of Home (agent on camera)
Shoot time <20 minutes
Video Legnth ~30 seconds
Is there a favorite or unique feature/detail of the house, home decoration inspiration, cool renovation?
This will be a take of the agent on camera showing and explaining the feature.
Includes 5 b-roll clips of said feature to overlay.
Favorite Interior Feature of Home (No Agent)
Shoot time <15 minutes
Video Length ~30 seconds
Same as above but without an agent on camera. Is there a favorite or unique feature/detail of the house, home decoration inspiration, cool renovation?

A Day in the Life

Agent must put together a list of roughly 30-50 shots at least 24 hours before hand.

Behind the Scenes (Agent Prep/Photographers)

It can either be behind the scenes of the agent prepping a house for photos/open house OR it can be a behind the scenes video of the Creative Specialists doing their thing.
This video will be a compilation of quick 2 second or so clips of various tasks being performed. For examples, fluffig sheets and pillows, laying out brochures, greeting people, ect ect.
Have a vision before the appointment so idea flow more smoothly.
Total clips should be roughly 20
ANOTHER idea is that if you have a large open room that is being photographed the Osmo Stabilaizer has a follow feature that can follow the photographer around the room and would then just be cut up and sped up in post! Super easy.
Spotlight on Local Business
Shoot time <1 hour

Do you know an amazing local business? Put a spotlight on them!
Consists of montage shots of a favorite local business
It could be a local bakery, book store, bar/restaurant, stores, etc, etc
Contains roughly 25 clips if no interview and 10 if there is an interview
Business must be informed beforehand as not to cause trouble for Creative Specialist on-site. Local business must also be no more than 20 minutes away from original content session location.

This is simply a collection of mostly drone shots and a few handheld video clips of a local area or general downtown.

Hyperlapse of Property (Moving Timelapse)
Shoot time minimum 30 minutes, max 60 minute
Video Length ~15 seconds
By using the hyperlapse feature on the Osmo you have the ability to lock onto a part of the house or yard. Then by very slowly but consistently recording and walking around the subject for about 20mins. By keeping the subject in the same part of the screen the entire time and then speeding up the footage you will achieve a very cool and smooth hyperlapse.
Requires that people and cars at the location be hidden the entire time
Holiday Well Wishing Video’s
