Paul, along with his business partner Evan Leith, established Flylisted in 2019. Recognizing a significant opportunity to utilize their combined expertise in business, photography, and videography, they collaborated to form the company. With a shared passion for real estate, they observed an underserved market, particularly in terms of off-season wedding photographers and individuals known to real estate agents solely for owning a camera. Paul's belief was that agents could broaden their reach by investing in high-quality content for property listings and their overall brand. Consequently, Flylisted was born.

Before the inception of Flylisted, Paul excelled in his business studies, with a specialization in sales, at Plymouth State University. He demonstrated remarkable progress throughout his undergraduate years, aided by his prior experience in the corporate world immediately after completing high school. This unique background not only facilitated his personal growth in college but also enabled him to mentor other students pursuing sales careers.

During his free time, Paul maintains strong ties with the real estate marketing community. He actively contributes as a coach at ACRE Partner, leveraging the knowledge he has gained through his endeavors at Flylisted to assist other companies in this field. As Flylisted has evolved into a national leader and one of the most comprehensive services available to agents in the United States, it continues to establish industry standards. Presently, Paul focuses on overseeing the company's operations in New England, while simultaneously working with Evan to establish Flylisted's new branch in South Florida.

Evan Leith

Evan was born in Virginia, lived in Louisiana from 2nd to 8th grade, and moved to New Hampshire in 2007 as he was going into high school. He attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Plymouth State University in 2016, majoring in Meteorology with a Math minor. Evan has worked in several different industries but has gravitated towards a creative line of work. He has been an avid photographer for four years now but has been involved with film since age 13. He prides himself on having an eye for detail, something that shows through Flylisted’s work. Evan aspires to be a traveling content creator in hopes of being able to see the far corners of our planet while producing unique, emotion-invoking content for companies whose mission he connects with.

When he isn’t photographing and filming homes or directing and shooting for production work for Flylisted, he enjoys exploring New England with his friends, shooting astro and landscape photography, working out, making new friends and trying new things! Born and raised in seacoast-area New Hampshire, Brianna has devoted much of her time to forging genuine and lifelong relationships with the families she has provided care for while nannying for 8 years. Her relationships with those families have transcended into business opportunities where Brianna has gained experience in client communication, marketing and management.

Her passion for travel has grown these interests, and Brianna is always excited to explore new places! The drive that she encompasses to provide direction, organization and efficiency to whomever she works with is apparent in her interactions and execution of work-related tasks.In her free time, Brianna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, feeding her passion for creativity and taking time to enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

Nicole Buñao

Project Manager

Born and raised in the Philippines, she earned a BA in Journalism in college and is now studying medicine as her second course. Nicole has over 9 years of experience in customer service and CRM. She worked in a variety of businesses, gaining skills in marketing and management. She's also a freelance voiceover artist and an event host.

Her love of longboard surfing introduced her to photography and travel. She is constantly eager to see new places, especially new beaches and surf spots! Her upbeat personality can lift the moods of those around her, making her a pleasure to work with.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and kids whenever she can and aims to become a heart surgeon in the next few years!

Travis Stancil possesses an extensive professional history within the realms of entertainment production and talent acquisition. He maintains close collaborative ties with prominent figures in the realms of talent, modeling, and acting. Travis has assumed the role of Creative Director and Director of Client Acquisition, where he augments the team with his specialized proficiency. His areas of expertise encompass product development, brand elevation, and expert consultation.

Leveraging his meticulousness, expansive creativity, and adept production skills, Travis significantly contributes his wealth of experience to enhance the service we provide to our esteemed clientele.

Stephen Twitchell

Social Media Content Strategist | Certified Commerical Drone Pilot

From a young age, Stephen has had an interest in photography and video production. When his parents bought him a GoPro in his adolescence, he promptly exchanged it for a DSLR camera for more versatility - the rest is history. His sense of creativity flourished when he spent a semester abroad in Australia where the landscape and experiences were a photographers dream.

After his time attending UNH’s business school studying Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies, he combined his entrepreneurial spirit and interest in photography and video production to form Buoy Creative, a video production company based out of Portsmouth, NH. He appreciates the opportunity both Flylisted and his company have given him and looks forward to constant growth as a creative.

In his free time you will find him participating in and capturing the activities he loves which include long walks on the beach, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, reading in a hammock, and pickleball to name a few.

Sergs Remarca

Social Media Manager

Sergs blends creativity with strategy to connect brands with the digital world. His marketing degree journey began at the University of Mindanao in Davao Philippines, where he cultivated the passion for storytelling. He is a freelance portrait and event photographer finding joy in capturing life's spontaneous moments and the raw beauty of personal stories. It's this love for the visual narrative that led two of his pieces to be recognized by VSCO's creative community!

When he's not crafting compelling content or decoding analytics, you'll find Sergs spending quality time with his grandmother or outdoors, his camera as his trusty sidekick, chasing new adventures or just enjoying the serenity of nature. These escapades are his wellspring of inspiration, keeping ideas fresh and contents relatable.

So, whether it's through a picture-perfect post or a heartfelt hashtag, Sergs ensures that every brand's story not only gets told but resonates and engages to make some digital waves.

Frederick Bloy

Creative Manager | Director

Fred Bloy is a New England-based professional photographer based in Portsmouth, NH, with roots in Little Deer Isle, ME. Fred graduated from the University of New Hampshire with an Environment Engineering degree in 2013. After working in consulting for about five years in Boston, Fred hit a crossroads and decided to leave engineering and pursue his Photography passion.

Fred quickly emerged as a well-known and respected New England photographer. He began providing professional services (Editorial work, workshops, social media campaigns, wedding videography, portraits, drone work, food photography, etc.) and selling fine art prints through his websites and in physical galleries. Fred's work has been shared and featured countlessly on social media as well as in many prominent publications.

When Fred is not behind the camera, he enjoys good beer, spending time outside, traveling, and hanging out with friends. Fred believes there is constant room for improvement in both his art and professionally. Follow his work and photographic journey on Instagram @FreddyBloy.

Will Gaddis

CPD Project Manager | Senior Creative Specialist

Born and Raised in New England, Will graduated Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Interactive Media. While in college, Will developed a passion for travel and adventure, and saw photography as a way to bring his passion for digital art out in the field with him.

Purchasing his first camera in the summer of 2019 for a road-trip around the US, Will has since pursued photography full time. Before joining Flylisted in 2021, Will has shot landscapes, portraiture, real estate, and drone footage.

When out of the office, Will can be found planning his next trip, golfing, or getting in passionate arguments about his Boston sports teams.

Raniel Maglalang

Lead Video Editor

Raniel was born and raised in the Philippines and studied BS Hotel and Restaurant Management. He had an interest in film and photography from a young age but decided to get more in depth with the post production aspect of creating. Raniel began filming for school projects and film making contest during college. Since then, he knew he wanted to pursue editing for as long as he could. He worked as a line cook and work for customer service and then decided to take an online course for video editing and started freelance video editing job for different industries. Real estate and architecture is what interest him the most and is excited to push the boundaries in this industry.

When not working, Raniel spends most of his free time at home with his family and friends, but also enjoys exploring his home city near Manila PH and going to the beach.
